Over the past five years we have been constructing bespoke orangeries, some with traditional oak framing, others with more contemporary brickwork pillars.
The advantage of a solid roof – clay tiles or slates – means that, unlike conservatories which can become unbearably hot in the summer, orangeries can be used all year round in perfect comfort. Walls, too, are insulated to modern Building Regulations standards.
Orangeries are an expanding section of our business, giving all the advantages of a conservatory with none of the drawbacks – just ask any of our delighted customers how they ever managed without theirs!
